Quiénes somos

Solvixer Kiosko es una app de gestión para kioskos y pequeños comercios hecha por Solvixer. La usa el negocio (su dueño y sus empleados), no sus clientes.

Qué datos guarda la app

• Del negocio: nombre, kioskos, productos con sus fotos, precios, ventas, pagos, mercancía, gastos, caja, fondo y los clientes que el negocio anota.
• De los empleados: nombre, rol, permisos, comisión y días trabajados. El PIN se guarda cifrado (solo su resumen), nunca en texto.
• De la cuenta con correo (solo si el dueño registra el negocio en línea): correo y contraseña cifrada.
• Del teléfono: un código del aparato para la licencia y para vincularlo al negocio.

La app no usa publicidad, no rastrea la ubicación, no lee contactos y no vende datos a nadie. Solo usa la cámara o las fotos cuando el dueño elige la foto de un producto.

Dónde se guardan

Todo se guarda en el teléfono o la PC, que funcionan sin conexión. Si el dueño registra el negocio en línea, nuestro servidor lleva por una conexión cifrada (HTTPS) los archivos entre el teléfono del dueño y las cajas de sus kioskos, y guarda una copia de seguridad diaria del teléfono del dueño. El servidor está en Europa y en él cada negocio ve solo lo suyo.

Para qué se usan

Solo para que el negocio funcione: pasar los datos entre sus teléfonos, guardar su copia de seguridad y dar la licencia. No se usan para nada más.

Cuánto tiempo

Mientras el negocio tenga cuenta. Los archivos de los cierres se quedan 60 días en el servidor y se guardan las últimas 14 copias de seguridad. Al borrar la cuenta, todo eso se elimina del servidor.

Borrar la cuenta y los datos

Desde la app: Configuración › En línea › Borrar la cuenta en el servidor. Desde la web: eliminar tu cuenta. Se borra el negocio completo del servidor; lo de cada teléfono se queda hasta que se desinstala la app.

Who we are

Solvixer Kiosko is a management app for kiosks and small shops made by Solvixer. It is used by the business (its owner and staff), not by its customers.

What data the app keeps

• About the business: name, kiosks, products with their photos, prices, sales, payments, goods, expenses, till, funds and the customers the business writes down.
• About the staff: name, role, permissions, commission and days worked. The PIN is stored encrypted (only its hash), never as text.
• About the email account (only if the owner registers the business online): email and encrypted password.
• About the phone: a device code for the license and to link it to the business.

The app shows no ads, does not track location, does not read contacts and does not sell data to anyone. It only uses the camera or photos when the owner picks a product photo.

Where it is stored

Everything is stored on the phone or PC, which work offline. If the owner registers the business online, our server carries the files between the owner's phone and the tills of the kiosks over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and keeps a daily backup of the owner's phone. The server is in Europe, and on it each business sees only its own data.

What it is used for

Only to make the business work: passing data between its phones, keeping its backup and granting the license. It is not used for anything else.

How long

As long as the business has an account. Closing files stay 60 days on the server and the last 14 backups are kept. When the account is deleted, all of it is removed from the server.

Deleting the account and the data

From the app: Configuración › En línea › Borrar la cuenta en el servidor. From the web: delete your account. The whole business is deleted from the server; what is on each phone stays until the app is uninstalled.
